Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

Include your purchase details
Provide the email address used during purchase and your transaction ID from Paddle.
We process your refund
We will confirm and process your refund within 48 hours. Funds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Monthly Pro subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at any time from your Paddle account to stop future charges. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless requested within the 7-day window.
Lifetime Pro licenses are one-time purchases. The same 7-day money-back guarantee applies. After 7 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable as they provide permanent access to all Pro features.
